Department/Unit Summary Oversees and promotes employee health programs for staff, physicians, volunteers, and students, supporting worker’s compensation and OSHA compliance for Sovah Health – Martinsville. Responsibilities include conducting health screenings, managing workplace injuries and exposures, administering medications, maintaining health records, and coordinating return-to-work plans.
