In this role, you will:Provide empathetic updates to clients and referring veterinarians regarding patient statusCoordinate patient flow between emergency and specialty teamsFacilitate discharges, triage messages and calls, and follow up with pet owners post-visitParticipate in rounds and maintain up-to-date knowledge of all ECC patientsCommunicate closely with doctors, nurses, and support staff to ensure seamless careSupport daily operations by overseeing referrals, managing appointment flow, and addressing urgent client concernsUtilize sound medical knowledge and clinical insight to advocate for both patient care and client experienceWe don’t just get through the workday; we embrace the challenges and triumphs that come with providing advanced critical care.
