About the RoleThe Staff Product Quality Engineer will work collectively with multiple functions within ZT to drive quality improvements seamlessly from NPI (new product introduction) to high-volume mass production to drive quality improvements across all our products and processes. The Product Quality Engineer will analyze field, production, and supplier data to develop plans and improvement actions and drive root cause and corrective actions on significant quality excursions and impacts to manufacturing yield and throughput. They will use engineering knowledge and methodology to determine root causes related to these issues and help drive corrective actions, including with outside suppliers. They will also be responsible for developing and delivering customer-facing communications on quality-related issues/topics. This position will be based out of our Secaucus, NJ office.What You Will DoInterface with key customers toensure customer satisfaction and review requirements/lead audits to ensure products & processes meet customer specifications. About the RoleWe are seeking a Staff. Supplier Quality Engineer who will work collectively with multiple functions within ZT to drive quality improvements focused on our GPU and compute products. The Supplier Quality Engineer will analyze field, production, and supplier data to develop plans and improvement actions, drive root cause and corrective actions on major quality excursions, and impact to production yields. They will work with the test development team to review test coverage and improve telemetry data collection to enhance our data analysis. This position will be based out of our Secaucus, NJ office.What You Will DoDrive internal Failure Analysis and partner with the Supplier for RCADevelop component-level validation testing plans on new technologiesBenchtop-level debugging and electrical failure analysis on PCBA and component-levelContribute to DFMEA reviews to call out potential failure modes early in the product life cycleRun meetings with the supplier to review factory/field failures, OSV data, NPI failures, and open FA requestsDefine test coverage requirements and telemetry collection tooling.What You BringB.S. degree in Engineering. Electrical, Computer, Software Engineering, or related field and 5+ years’ experience with Enterprise Server HW (or a M.S. degree and 3+ years of experience). Advanced knowledge of GPU architectureExperience with parallel computing principals and developing testing algorithms for GPU architecturesExperience with GPU Characterizations and profiling with NVidia CUDA Profiler or AMD CodeXLKnowledge of CUDA or OpenCL ProgrammingExperience with GPU frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or CUDA based librariesStrong Problem Solving skills in debugging complex problems in GPU accelerator applicationsUnderstanding of DFT insertion techniques including SCAN, ATPG, MBIST, and IOBIST.Strong debugging skills at component and module levels, as well as system integration Data analysis capabilitiesExperience Managing suppliersExperience with developing, test scripts, log parsers, and implementing automation methods#LI-SL, #LI-OnsiteAbout ZT SystemsAt ZT Systems, you’ll get to do work you are proud of alongside smart, passionate people.
