Responsibilities Include:: Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions across designated Monte Nido locations.Support clients in their treatment journey, delivering high-quality, evidence-based therapeutic interventions.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including dietitians, medical professionals, and psychiatric providers, to ensure comprehensive client care.Step in as needed to cover caseloads, ensuring continuity of treatment when site-based therapists are unavailable.Conduct clinical assessments and contribute to treatment planning.Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with company standards and regulatory requirements.Participate in staff meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development.Uphold Monte Nido’s philosophy and culture, supporting clients in achieving recovery.
