The Steel Plant Foreman plays a critical role in supervising and coordinating the activities and safety of production workers, ensuring efficient, high-quality operations within the steel plant. This position involves overseeing daily production, enforcing company policies, and maintaining a safe and productive work environment while driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and supervise daily production activities in alignment with policies and principles set by the Steel Plant Manager. Evaluate equipment maintenance needs and recommend necessary actions to minimize downtime and maintain operational reliability. Maintain a safe workplace by enforcing protocols and addressing risks.
