This position qualifies for $1,000 sign-on bonus, 5% quarterly bonus plan and a competitive pay rate. $26-$40/hr depending on experience.Major Responsibilities: Responsible for inspection, maintenance and repair of plant wide production equipment.Experience with 480V 3 phase electrical power distribution systems.Must understand electrical theory and have the ability to apply it with strong troubleshooting techniques.Experience with troubleshooting, maintaining and repairing machine instrumentation and electrical controls.Experience with troubleshooting High Voltage systems and equipment.Must have a good understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems and associated components.Knowledge of PLC controls (Allen Bradley) and associated software including Ladder Logic Programming.Must have the ability to read and interpret electrical, hydraulic schematics and plant drawings.Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools.Must perform Mechanical and Electrical preventative maintenance tasks on all production equipment.Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem.Responsible for adherence to all safety policies, practices and procedures.
