Foresee & recognize potential cascading impacts in the development process and act to prevent or resolve them in a timely manner. Think critically & apply fundamental engineering principles to complex targets. Create own schedules with milestones & trigger points, & share with related groups. Lead meetings & give constructive thoughts along with keeping track of open items. Review costs to ensure it meets the design intentions & provide solutions if it does not. Model parts & systems in 3D & release 2D drawings & specifications using CATIA & MS office.Lead in providing guidance & direction for function group by maturing technical know-how & product development capabilities, including communication & maintaining schedules.Lead cross-functional activities with other departments & divisions.
