Submit quarterly/yearly perfect attendance bonus information for payoutSubmit status change notifications, data entry transactions and terminations to corporate human resources to ensure accurate and timely information is obtained and any inconsistencies can be resolved. Organize and facilitate new hire orientations, which includes creating name tags, scheduling new hires for orientation, reviewing policies and procedures, and completing new hire paperwork and I-9 verifications; coordinate store hiring needs and assist with recruiting activities, including position creation, job postings, phone screenings, interview scheduling, employment offers, submitting pre-employment background checks and drug tests; conduct new hire follow-up discussions as directed. Update and post bid letters if applicable. Adhere to and understand the collective bargaining agreement (if applicable) in order to be knowledgeable of vacation and holiday policies and procedures. Take responsibility for miscellaneous payroll matters, handling punches, scheduling issues and SmartTrack maintenance. Follow up on I-9 verifications for Team Members (I-9 certification required). Assist with random drug testing (per established policy). Assist fellow Confidential HR Coordinator(s) as needed. Additional responsibilities may be assigned.
