Serves as the first level of support for Distribution Center (DC) associates and management for problems with RF equipment, network communications, printers, and kiosks that support DC operations. This includes troubleshooting, resolving, or escalating issues to the appropriate 2nd and 3rd level support teams within IT. 1.Services, installs, recovers and troubleshoots all PC, Mobile computing devices, VOIP phones and user application issues in the DC. Acts as a resource for all IT related issues, supporting a wide range of software and hardware items throughout the DC.2.Monitor and maintain operational health of wireless and network throughout the Distribution center. 3.Configures, installs and maintains equipment associated with IT throughout the DC, to include forklift mounted RF units, thin client terminals, laser printers, and specialty label printers.4.Responds to various issues regarding the network, servers and other systems required to perform daily production throughout the DC, to include identifying the source of the issue, assisting in problem resolution and escalating to the appropriate technical resource group, including informing management.5.Assists in monitoring and controlling weekly printing of production printing for DC distribution, to include scheduling, managing inventories and onsite vendor service/ preventative maintenance for OCE printers. POSITION SUMMARY: The Occupational Therapist will primarily provide outpatient rehabilitation services in an in-home setting for the older adult population. The in-home setting could be a patient's private residence or in a patient's room in an independent living facility. Powerback Rehabilitation To You allows the Occupational Therapist to evaluate and treat in the most functional environment which is the patient's home. The Occupational Therapist organizes and conducts occupational therapy programs for the agency to facilitate rehabilitation. In addition, they direct patient participation in selected tasks to restore, reinforce, and enhance performance. The Occupational Therapist facilitates the learning of those skills and functions essential for adaptation and productivity, in order to diminish or correct pathology. This position provides a flexible schedule and work environment in various settings.RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES:1. As necessary or applicable, supervision of Occupational Therapy Assistants, temporary licensees, students and support personnel in accordance with state licensure requirements and professional standards.2. Responsible for adherence to department and patient treatment schedule, timely clinical and billing documentation requirements as well as work related meetings.3. Attends and contributes to patient care, staffing conferences and other related meetings.4. Makes referrals to other disciplines, agencies in order to address the comprehensive needs of the patient.5. Consults with other members of the rehabilitation team, including the community physician, to select the most appropriate therapeutic regimen consistent with the needs and capabilities of each patient.6. Adapts program and/or plan of care according to the needs of individual patients.7. Promotes a safe environment and enforces the elimination of fire and safety hazards.8. Description: Milton Hershey School (MHS) is a top-notch home and school where 2,000 pre-K through 12th grade students from disadvantaged backgrounds are provided an extra-ordinary cost-free career focused education. This is made possible by the generosity of Milton and Catherine Hershey, who established the school in 1909 and ensured it was fully endowed. Thanks to that foresight, the school has almost 12,000 graduates and is expanding to serve more students. MHS is hiring Flex Transitional Living Assistants (FTLA) to live with and supervise high school seniors in campus residence buildings in Hershey, PA. FTLA’s mentor MHS seniors to ensure they develop the life skills necessary for success post-graduation – whether they are entering post-secondary education, the military, or the world of work. FTLA's prepare students for the challenges they’ll face by role-modeling life skills and teaching self-responsibility, goal setting, planning & prioritization, time management, personal finance, and interpersonal skills - including appropriate dating behavior and managing peer pressure. Other responsibilities include creating and supervising evening & weekend recreational activities, taking students to Sunday chapel services, and collaborating with fellow staff members to continually evaluate and enhance the program. Additionally, FTLA’s provide coverage in MHS’s students homes as needed. This is a year-round position, working a schedule of 9 consecutive days, followed by 3 days off.
