Now Hiring for Full-Time, Part-Time, PRN and Short Term Contracts! For all of our positions we offer flexible scheduling with 8 or 12 hour shifts available. Weekends are required but are flexible to fit your needs. This allows you to work every other weekend or every third weekend based on your needs.Our full & part time positions, start at a new grad rate is at $34.50 per hour. Compensation will be determined based on years of experience & applicable certifications. Our full & part time positions also include shift differentials for any hours worked from 2:30 pm to 7:00 am. These rates are $4.00 on top of the base rate when working Monday - Friday & are $6.00 on top of base rate when working on Saturdays & Sundays.PRN positions start at a rate of $46.00 per hour & can increase based on the number of hours worked during our 4 week pay cycle.Short Term Contracts are a 12-week contract with Encompass Health working full time hours.
