Kemper Equipment is seeking an experienced Structural Engineer to join our dynamic team of engineers and technical experts. This role provides an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative projects in a collaborative environment. As a Structural Engineer, you will work closely with mechanical engineers, designers and fabrication teams to design, estimate and manage complex structural projects from inception to completion.
This role can be remote, but local candidates may work in-office if desired. Remote candidates must have the ability to work effectively from home. Relocation Assistance is not available.

Key Responsibilities: Lead structural engineering efforts, including interpreting specifications, performing structural analysis, designing components, and resolving issues during manufacturing and installation. Perform advanced design calculations to select structural steel members, systems, and foundations, ensuring compliance with AISC standards. Develop, analyze, and interpret structural models using RISA-3D and AutoCAD 3D, integrating seamlessly with other project components. Prepare and oversee steel shop drawings and layout approval drawings, ensuring adherence to company and industry standards. Utilize MS Excel to create and manage complex design spreadsheets. Collaborate with mechanical engineers and designers to ensure proper interfaces between structures and equipment. Support Estimating and Sales teams by providing structural insights during project proposals. Coordinate with geotechnical, process, mechanical, and electrical engineering teams and consultants to ensure project success. Conduct site visits to evaluate existing structures and gather measurements for the integration of new equipment. Work with fabrication teams to address and resolve structural challenges during manufacturing. Contribute to the development and maintenance of standard details, models, and specifications.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering (required). Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Structural and/or Civil Engineering field. Advanced knowledge of AISC, AWS, OSHA, and MSHA standards. Proficiency with structural design software, including RISA-3D (or similar), and AutoCAD (3D modeling, design, and 2D drawing creation). Expertise in structural design involving steel and concrete materials. Strong understanding of structural steel detailing and concrete foundation principles. Professional Engineer (PE) license (preferred). Solid skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and the full MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Clear and effective communication skills with a results-oriented mindset. Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing tasks independently. Familiarity with industries such as mining, quarrying, or conveyor systems is highly valued. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Experience in the Bulk Material Handling industry is strongly preferred but not required. Strong mechanical aptitude and broad-based machine knowledge are helpful.

This role involves setting up and taking down traffic control signs, cones, and barricades to ensure the safety of workers and the public. The Flagger uses hand signals, signs, and other traffic control devices to communicate with motorists and guide them safely through or around the work area. The position requires excellent attention to detail, the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, and the capability to stand for extended periods.
Job Duties:
Set up signs, cones, and other traffic control devices around work areas to divert traffic. Effectively manage traffic flow with stop/slow paddles. Maintain clear and effective communication with team members using two-way radios. Regularly required to stand and walk and reach with hands and arms for up to 10 hours a day. Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and move items over 50 pounds. Drive company vehicles to transport traffic control equipment to and from job sites. Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure vehicles are in good working condition. Regularly exposed to outside weather conditions, moving equipment and machinery parts, moving traffic, fumes, and airborne particles. Noise level of the work environment is usually moderate to loud. The Traffic Control Technician is responsible for setting up and taking down lane closures and ensuring the safety of assigned traffic control projects. This role involves performing lane closures on state highways and other roadways, redirecting traffic for workers or survey crews, and working independently or as part of a traffic control crew. Additionally, the role also involves assembling, delivering, and picking up safety products from job sites, following contractor directions.
Operate company trucks to transport materials and equipment to job sites. Drive MOT (Management of Traffic) vehicle to and from projects and on work sites. Drive TMA (Truck Mounted Attenuator) vehicle to and from projects and on work sites to protect workers and work zones. Place temporary construction signs in work areas. Position arrow boards or variable message boards in work areas. Set up traffic cones and other traffic safety devices in work areas. Monitor the work zone throughout the shift to ensure items remain in their proper locations. Collect and load traffic control items at the beginning and end of shifts. Install, remove, and reset delineators, signs, posts, and supports. Perform shop work, including general maintenance and repair of equipment. The in-home setting could be a patient's private residence or in a patient's room in an independent living facility. Powerback Rehabilitation To You allows the Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat in the most functional environment which is the patient's home. The Physical Therapist assesses the need for, develops, and delivers physical therapy programs to facilitate rehabilitation. The Physical Therapist identifies the need for and makes referral(s) to other disciplines to address the comprehensive needs of patients. They implement individualized therapy programs designed to restore, reinforce, and enhance performance. In addition, the Physical Therapist instructs, educates and trains patients and caregivers in those skills and functions essential for promoting independence and productivity, in order to diminish or correct pathology. They direct activities to promote and maintain health. This position provides a flexible schedule and work environment in various settings.1. As necessary or applicable, supervision of Physical Therapy Assistants, temporary licensees, students and support personnel in accordance with state licensure requirements and professional standards.2. Responsible for adherence to department and patient treatment schedule, timely clinical and billing documentation requirements as well as work related meetings.3. Attends and contributes to patient care, staffing conferences and other related meetings.4. Makes referrals to other disciplines and agencies in order to address the comprehensive needs of the patient.5. Consults with other members of the rehabilitation team to select the most appropriate therapeutic regimen consistent with the needs and capabilities of each patient.6. Adapts program and/or plan of care according to the needs of the individual patient.7. Promotes a safe environment and enforces the elimination of fire and safety hazards.8. Orders supplies and equipment as necessary.9. Cleans, maintains, identifies, and reports the need for repair of equipment as necessary.10. Puts patient service first: ensures that patients and families receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere which recognizes the individuals' needs and rights.11.Screens, examines and evaluates patients, including history, systems review, and application of appropriate tests and measures, synthesis information and interprets examination findings in order to establish a diagnosis, identify impairments, determine the predicted level of improvement and the time required to achieve it, identify precautions/contraindications and design and plan of care. Develops appropriate treatment goals and methods in collaboration with the patient and caregivers, implements the physical therapy treatment plan, and completes all related documentation and record keeping regarding these services. Services include but are not limited to application of therapeutic techniques in areas such as:* Therapeutic exercise including aerobic capacity conditioning, balance coordination, agility training, body mechanics and postural stabilization, flexibility exercises, gait and locomotion training, neuromotor development training, relaxation, strength, power, and endurance training* Functional training* Manual therapy* Airway clearance techniques* Integumentary repair and protection* Use of electrotherapeutic, physical agent and mechanical modalities* Health and Wellness* Education on Chronic Disease Management * Falls Assessment and Interventions to reduce fall risk* Case Management in the home and community12. Designs, fabricates, fits and/or applies adaptive devices, and trains patients in the use of adaptive devices included orthotics and prosthetics.13. Selects appropriate activities suited to the individual's physical and mental capacity, intelligence level and interest.14. Instructs patient in the skills and techniques required for participation in mobility activities and evaluates patient progress, attitudes, and behavior as related to rehabilitative potential.15. Performs routine reexamination as needed/required to modify/progress plan of treatment.16. Incorporates health and wellness programming into treatment plans for patients.17. Performs home and community mobility assessments and provides recommendations for safe mobility in the home and community space.18. Performs other related duties as required. Qualifications: 1. Must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license eligibility; and2. They must have a Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or3. They must have a Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; or4. They must have a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.5. The qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy.6. Must have a valid driver's license or reliable, independent transportation to and from the patients' residence.. Posted Salary Range: USD $62.00 - USD $62.00 /Hr.
