Performs routine reexamination as needed/required to modify/progress plan of treatment.16. Performs other related duties as required. SPECIFIC EDUCATIONAL/VOCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:1. They must have a Bachelor's degree in an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by ACOTE standards.2. They must have initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.3. The Occupational Therapist must hold a valid and unencumbered occupational therapy license as required in the state of practice.4. Must have a valid driver's license or reliable, independent transportation to and from the patient's residence.
