Bullock Construction Inc is looking for experienced operators to join our team traveling to different job sites on the East Coast, to include VA, MD, DE, PA, TN, NC, SC and GA. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of railroad equipment used in the construction, maintenance and repair of railway tracks. Will do track work on ground when not operating.
Work schedule: 8 days on (10 hours shifts) then 6 days off.
Job Duties: Safely operate various types of railroad equipment, including but not limited to track laying machines, ballast regulators, tampers and rail grinders. Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment to ensure proper functioning. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Conduct pre-operational and post-operational inspections of equipment to ensure they are in good working condition. This role involves working as part of a team to complete new projects including track builds, repairs, maintenance, etc. Must be willing to travel.
