We deliver and coordinate a continuum of high-quality healthcare with the goal of improving the health of our communities. Summary: Our MRI Technologists perform MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) exams in the hospital by selecting specific software parameters according to established protocols in order to assist the referring physician in diagnosis. The MRI Technologist prepares and positions patients, injects patients with contrast media, and selects anatomic and technical parameters accurately to produce cross-sectional images of the body.Qualifications Education: Graduate of an accredited Radiography program (ARRT) or graduate from American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologist (ARM RIT) with an Associate Degree with focus in medical image preferably MRI Licensure, Certification, Registration:. JOB SUMMARYThe Interventional Radiologic Technologist operates digital equipment and performs complex Interventional invasive procedures by positioning patients and preparing contrast media for diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. Our Interventional Radiologic Technologists assist the physician in diagnosis and treatment of patients. Comprehensive knowledge of anatomy and physiology. Works with chemotherapy agents, cements, and embolization agents.
