Request delivery of fuels (diesel & gasoline), receive deliveries of fuels, measure and record quantities for entry into the Fuel Master computerized fuel management system. Manage monthly variance reporting. Support college in disaster planning, preparation and recovery. Receiving and helping with inventory management of parts and materials in the warehouse (periodic inventory of stock, issuance of parts, physical arrangement and movement of parts in warehouse). Coordinating preventive maintenance for elevators, assuring compliance with authorities having jurisdiction and management of operating and inspection documentation.  Notifying the proper elevator service when emergencies occur, aiding the company when necessary, and guaranteeing that all service phones are performing properly. Receive, log and deliver packages to appropriate departments and/or persons at the College. Unload freight from delivery trucks with pallet jack and/or fork lift.
