The Quality Control Shop Floor Inspector will be responsible for inspecting welding quality and performing dimensional inspections on ASME code pressure vessels, ensuring all products meet strict industry and company standards. The ideal candidate will be efficient, detail-oriented, and have a thorough understanding of ASME code and welding techniques.
Key Responsibilities: Perform visual and dimensional inspections of welded and fabricated components, ensuring compliance with ASME code standards. Inspect welds for defects such as cracks, porosity, and misalignment, ensuring all welds meet quality specifications. Conduct dimensional checks of equipment, ensuring compliance with design specifications and blueprints.
