DescriptionSummary: Responsible for the overall comprehensive care provided to the patients in the CHRISTUS SETX Health System. NP will coordinate care with the Medical Director utilizing training with the scope of their practice, conduct patient education and ensure accurate and timely documentation in accordance with the regulating agencies and organizational policy. Will also participate in community agencies and organizational policy; participate in community events and marketing opportunities involving the CHRISTUS SETX Health System. Operate transit vehicles safely and smoothly to transport passengers. Following prescribed route and time schedule. Assure compliance to all applicable (CDL) and DOT laws and regulations. Assure cleanliness of vehicles. Follow instructions from Dispatch and supervisory personnel and communicate any problems to dispatch. Complete daily vehicle pre/post trip inspections. Maintain good customer/employee/supervisor relations. Report for duty promptly in proper uniform and physical condition and be ready to work any route assigned.
