The Facility Maintenance Manager is responsible for ensuring that smaller multiple facilities or a larger complex facility has their physical structure and plant maintained and repaired in a timely and cost-efficient manner. In addition, this position supervises maintenance staff or outside construction vendors who perform remodeling, additions, maintenance service, and repairs in the areas of plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, machine servicing, janitorial, general grounds, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, security, and electrical systems.

Establishes, prioritizes, and adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules. Monitors Building Automation Systems (BAS). Reviews, records, and analyzes energy usage and costs. Directs workers assisting other departments as requested, including moving furniture and unloading and storing supplies. Requisitions tools, equipment, and supplies needed to effectively maintain and operate the facility. Interprets company policies to workers and enforces safety regulations. Suggests changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase work efficiency. Initiates or suggests plans to motivate workers to achieve work goals. Maintains time and production records. Confers with supervisors to coordinate activities of individual departments. May perform maintenance work, but only temporarily or in an emergency. Performs other duties as assigned.

The Therapy Team leader assists the Director of Therapy Operations in day-to-day operations of a therapy team or discipline. The position requires effective supervisory skills along with good communication skills for interdepartmental relationships, and competency in licensed discipline evaluation, assessment, care planning and treatment. The Therapy Team Leader must delegate and supervise tasks of therapist assistants and technicians; assist with staffing, scheduling, orientation, training and communications to provide adequate coverage for patient treatments; and maintain open and on-going communication with hospital departments to ensure patient, staff, and hospital needs are met. QualificationsPOSITION REQUIREMENTSLicense or Certification:- Current State license as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist.- BLS (CPR) required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire within this role.- If clinician is an SLP, successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) is required.Minimum Qualifications:- A minimum of three year's discipline-specific or leadership experience required, with no less than 2 years being clinical.- Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder (when eligible) or specialty professional certification, preferred.Machines, Equipment Used:- General office equipment such as computer/laptop, telephone, copy/fax machine, calculator, scanner, etc.- Microsoft Office software, to include Outlook, Word, and Excel.Physical Requirements:- Visual acuity, speech recognition, speech clarity.- Ability to lift, lower, push, pull, and retrieve objects weighing a minimum of 30 pounds including medical supplies and equipment and the transferring and repositioning of patients.
