To succeed in this role, you will need: A Master's or Doctorate degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field. Must possess a Board Certification from the BACB. Applicable licensure to practice within the state of hire. Must be a team player and possess a positive behavior Strong leadership skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. A desire to deliver superior services. Must be able to withstand acts of physical management strategies Must be able to travel in and out of state.

Responsibilities: Forklift Drivers at Pol-Tex are responsible for safe operation of sit-down propane forklifts for the purpose of handling, loading, and unloading product. Drivers at Pol-Tex regularly use RF scanners and inventory control systems to pull orders, keep production lines supplied, and re-stock inventory racks. The role may involve additional responsibilities and opportunities as they become necessary and/or are assigned by management.
