Responsible for observing, inspecting, and documenting work-in-progress on construction project sites to ensure the work is being performed in accordance with sealed and approved construction plans, sound construction practices, and all applicable local, state, and federal permitting and approvals. Inspections include site clearing observation, grading, excavation, backfilling, and/or installation of reinforced concrete structures such as box culverts, low flow sections, slope pavement, inlets, manholes, and street sections.
Essential Functions and Duties: Perform daily inspections of construction sites and work completed to ensure projects are constructed in accordance with the sealed and approved construction plans, follow good construction practices and standards, and are applicable to local, state, and federal permitting. Coordinate with contractor representatives on work scheduling, interpretation of plans and specifications, and acceptability of materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with sealed plan requirements. Inspect materials on construction sites to ensure compliance with technical specifications and drawings, and schedule independent material testing and engineering companies to assist with quality assurance. Report all reject materials and deficiencies in construction methods. Document, photograph, and maintain daily reports summarizing construction progress, scheduling, workmanship, and deficiencies of construction materials and methods. Collect and review supporting documentation for payment of work performed, consisting of delivery tickets, invoices, product labels, sketches, calculations, and other related records that identify approved materials and products used to support quantities for payment. Prepare for and communicate substantial completion and final walk-through of projects to address any questions or concerns and finalize completion punch list with assigned contractor. Perform other duties that may be added or changed as the course and scope of the job directs.

The Quality Control Shop Floor Inspector will be responsible for inspecting welding quality and performing dimensional inspections on ASME code pressure vessels, ensuring all products meet strict industry and company standards. The ideal candidate will be efficient, detail-oriented, and have a thorough understanding of ASME code and welding techniques.
Key Responsibilities: Perform visual and dimensional inspections of welded and fabricated components, ensuring compliance with ASME code standards. Inspect welds for defects such as cracks, porosity, and misalignment, ensuring all welds meet quality specifications. Conduct dimensional checks of equipment, ensuring compliance with design specifications and blueprints. Record and report inspection results accurately, identifying non-conformities and recommending corrective actions when needed. Work closely with production teams to resolve quality issues and ensure consistent adherence to quality standards. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ASME code requirements, welding techniques, and industry best practices. Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance quality control processes and procedures.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant technical certifications preferred. Background in welding or fitting. Customer Product Repair Mechanic-First shift position, Overtime required Role Summary: The Customer Product Repair Mechanic is responsible for all processes related to disassembly, repair, and assembly of a range of equipment/products including but not limited to rotating equipment, of high energy electric actuators, pumps, small compressors, and decoking equipment. The CPRM will work with team leads to execute work as provided on work instructions, routers, drawings, and checklists. The CPRM independently selects and uses inspection equipment to check dimensions of all critical components during the assembly and repair process and gives a written description of the wear and condition of critical components. This position also ensures all forms and documentation are complete prior to submission of quotation. The CPRM will also be responsible to paint, install all tagging, and prep the equipment prior to shipment to the customer. Responsibilities: Complete inspections per detailed inspection plans or Customer Plant StandardsComplete final inspections prior to customer deliveryDocumenting non-conforming material utilizing the NCR processReview RTB job bins to confirm all parts are present and accurate for AssemblyCoach technicians with assembly/technicial questionsCoordinate product trainings for assembly technicians and teardown techniciansWork overtime when needed to process final inspections on outgoing valves, including extended workdays, weekends, and holidaysAdditional duties as assigned.
