The Flagger is responsible for directing the flow of traffic around construction sites, road maintenance areas, and other work zones. This role involves setting up and taking down traffic control signs, cones, and barricades to ensure the safety of workers and the public. The Flagger uses hand signals, signs, and other traffic control devices to communicate with motorists and guide them safely through or around the work area. The position requires excellent attention to detail, the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, and the capability to stand for extended periods.
Job Duties:
Set up signs, cones, and other traffic control devices around work areas to divert traffic. Effectively manage traffic flow with stop/slow paddles. Maintain clear and effective communication with team members using two-way radios. Regularly required to stand and walk and reach with hands and arms for up to 10 hours a day. Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and move items over 50 pounds. Drive company vehicles to transport traffic control equipment to and from job sites. Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure vehicles are in good working condition. Regularly exposed to outside weather conditions, moving equipment and machinery parts, moving traffic, fumes, and airborne particles. Noise level of the work environment is usually moderate to loud. Description: Registered Nurse (RN), Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Nights (7p-7a) $20,000 Sign-on Bonus Eligible Position Summary: ·Performs plan of care intervention, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, as well as other medical care treatment. ·Documents patient care given. ·Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition as appropriate to care team, physician, patient, and family. ·Detects change in patient status, reports to appropriate health care team member and utilizes resources as dictated by the acuity. Assigns priorities to the patient’s problems with highest priority given to problems that are most urgent and critical. ·Assists patients with performing activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation. ·Collaborates as needed across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including patient transfer, discharge, referral and spiritual/psychosocial support needs. ·Evaluates learning needs of patient and/or family and provides patient/family education appropriate to age, culture, condition, and circumstances. ·Works as an advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient.
