The incumbent in this role is accountable for center performance objectives, P&L, growth, and culture. In addition to being accountable for the overall clinical outcomes of his/her assigned market, they will have a portion of their time allocated to direct patient care as a PCP and/or other clinical duties. The remainder of their time allocated to leadership responsibilities including Clinical Director performance, engagement, building a strong clinical-operations synergy and culture. Fills in as needed for center clinical leadership needs, including monitoring daily center census as part of joint center accountability for outcomes.Plays an active role in the management of their center and helps cover for other providers who may be out for various reasons.
