Skills and Qualifications Strong ability to interpret complex blueprints, GD&T, MIL specifications, and related documentation.Proficiency with precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, height gauges, surface plate checks, inspection gauges, etc.).Knowledgeable in basic shop math.Ability to read and interpret CNC part programs and adjust offsets to meet part tolerances.Organized, detail-oriented, and committed to high-quality work.High School diploma or equivalent.At least three years of experience in an aerospace or precision CNC machining environment.Experience with castings is highly preferred.
