Understands and adheres to all quality standards, formulas and procedures as outlined in the Subway® Operations Manual: Daily Procedures. Maintains a professional appearance and grooming standards as outlined in the Subway® Operations Manual: Daily Procedures. Performs light paperwork duties as assigned.
