The CSR Educator exercises independent judgment and discretion in the assessment and formulation of educational curricula and ongoing in-service training around the needs of the department and staff. The CSR Educator possesses excellent interpersonal skills, teambuilding skills, knowledge of adult learning concepts and commitment to customer service. The CSR Educator must possess strong computer and research skills, knowledge of programs Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, SPM, OneSource, and PICIS. Immediately reports all safety hazards. The Lead Caregiver will be responsible for planning and implementing a program to care for young children from the ages of 6 weeks-6 years of age. The Lead Child Caregiver will be respectful of children, parents, and ensure that equipment and facilities are clean, safe and well maintained.
