They will be doing more of the modeling and the 3-D work They will be creating models and drawings of ship structures They will also take on some of the responsibilities of a Tech 1 drafter (re above). Position Overview We are currently working a 12-hour, rotating shift schedule (typically Monday-Friday), with a block of 6 consecutive days off every 3-week cycle. Maintenance employees may be required to work Saturdays. Responsibilities This position is responsible for performing preventive and unscheduled maintenance on the building, grounds, and machinery at the Green Bay Coated Products Division. We are currently seeking candidates with industrial maintenance experience. Performs or delegates tasks as required to execute and fully complete assigned projects including: hardware design, system programming, installation coordination, system and network commissioning and project closeout. Provide work direction to subcontractors, electrical installers, technicians, designers, and administration as necessary. You will be responsible for the overall financial results of assigned projects including: costs, project billings, and collections. Coordinates communication with the customer during all phases of the project, actively pursues selling change orders. Validates complete system functionality and resolves issues with subcontractors and others to ensure proper operation.
