What we're looking for: No Experience Necessary: We don’t require prior professional driving experience—we will train you! Using our “building blocks” methodology, you’ll advance step-by-step to become a skilled coach driver. You won’t be thrown into high-pressure situations before you’re fully prepared. Training Provided: If you’ve never driven anything larger than your car, that’s okay! We’ll help you get your CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) and train you to handle a motor coach. Even if you have a background in trucking, the motor coach industry presents unique challenges, like handling “freight” that talks back and sticking to a structured, tightly managed schedule.
