Sales Account Executive ~ Women Owned Company! ~ Base + 10%+ Commission!

We’re expanding our tight-knit team and looking for a Extroverted, Sociable, Relationship-Builder to help us grow!

We’re looking for an EXPERIENCED SALESPERSON, someone comfortable on the phone that can build relationships, follow up, and close the deal. Someone who wants an opportunity where their income and impact reflect that.

We're seeking experienced candidates only. We’re not looking for someone who wants to learn how to sell.

Our industry is hot and our products are in high demand! We sell custom recruitment marketing services to Human Resource departments. We’re a small office but have a large national footprint.

In-office position M-F 9am-5 or 6pm

Requirements:

• Must love and be excited by sales and commission!
• Money-motivated, go getter confident in your ability to succeed in sales.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Must enjoy talking to people.
• Able to close deals via phone calls & virtual meetings.
• Three+ years of experience in Business-to-Business inside sales. Experience selling to C-level executives is preferred.
• Proven sales/closing experience required.

OTE: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year based on Base pay plus 10%+ commission. Base depends on experience, background and qualifications.

Must be located within 30 to 40 minutes of 14505 Torrey Chase Blvd., Houston, 77014.

Must have at least 3 years experience doing Business-to-Business sales via the phone or virtual meetings.
