B2B Tech Sales - Women Owned Company!

 

Base + 15% Commission. Small office, nice atmosphere & women owned. $50,000 to $60,000++ your first year. After that successful reps earn $80k-$120k per year. 15% commission on all sales plus a base of $30k per year. North Houston, 1960/Champions area.

 

We’re a national job board based out of Houston providing unique, specialized recruiting solutions and technology with a boutique approach. We sell recruitment advertising. We’re hands-on, work closely with our clients, have more product options and are customized to each client’s needs. We’re a family-owned business with a close-knit, fun corporate culture. Our most successful reps earn $80k to $120k per year while only working 35 hours per week!!!

 

In this role you will be driving sales and revenue growth for our company by promoting and selling our technical products and services to prospective clients. You will serve as the primary point of contact between our organization and potential customers, understanding their needs, providing technical expertise, and delivering tailored solutions to meet their requirements. This position requires a strong blend of sales skills and customer relationship management.

 

Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm

Pay: $50,000-$120,000 per year

 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities by researching and prospecting potential clients, generating sales through cold calling, virtual meetings.
  • Initiate thorough conversations with prospects to identify their needs and provide technical expertise and guidance on our products and services to address those specific needs.
  • Present and demonstrate our technical products and services to clients, highlighting key features and benefits, and articulating how they can address customer challenges and improve their business operations.
  • Collaborate with our directors and technology experts to develop and deliver tailored proposals, presentations, and solution demonstrations that align with customer needs and requirements.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of sale to close deals and secure new business opportunities, while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing ongoing support, troubleshooting assistance, and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
  • Anticipate customer needs and proactively identify opportunities for product enhancements or new offerings.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics through effective pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and regular reporting on sales activities, opportunities, and results.

 

Required Skills:

  • Technical aptitude to understand and be trained on the products and services being sold, along with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, establish trust, and develop long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Ability to identify and reach decision makers at key levels.
  • Solid problem-solving and analytical abilities, with the capacity to understand customer needs, identify solutions, and recommend appropriate products or services.
  • Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools for pipeline management, reporting, and sales forecasting.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and documentation.

 

Required Experience:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Familiarity with a range of technical products and services, with the ability to quickly acquire product knowledge.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies, including consultative selling and solution selling approaches.
  • Feel comfortable with and have experience selling over the phone.
  • Enjoy working in a small office environment.
  • At least 1 year of commission related Sales Experience.
  • 1 year of B2B sales
  • Inside sales - making sales over the phone
  • Cold calling
