As youdemonstrateownership and produce results, your responsibilities will continue to grow.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead screening, sales pipeline management, andassisting withclient intake
• Executive scheduling and priority management
• Relationship management and business development follow-up
• Create and schedule LinkedInand other social mediacontent
• Assist with mediation practice development and scheduling
• Client billing, Clio payments, light QuickBooks Online bookkeeping
• Manage accounts payable through Bill.com
• Prepare weekly KPI and scoreboard reports
• Coordinate special projects across the law firm, Engage Workspace, and mediation practice
• Improve workflows, document SOPs, implement AI and automation
•Provide assistancewithadministrative operations and train team members on systems you create

  • Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Up to $50,000 annual salary (based on experience) plus benefits package
