Insurance Customer Service & Sales Rep

The Dina Molina Agency in Camarillo, California, is looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused, and motivated professional to join our team as a Full-Time Administrative Customer Service Sales Representative (CSSR).

In this role, you'll do more than provide exceptional customer serviceyou'll build lasting relationships with our customers by helping them protect what matters most. You'll answer questions, resolve policy needs, identify coverage gaps, and educate customers on insurance solutions that fit their changing lives.

As a trusted advisor, you'll have opportunities to cross-sell and recommend additional products such as auto, home, renters, life, umbrella, and other insurance options that provide greater protection and peace of mind. Your ability to uncover customer needs, offer personalized solutions, and deliver an outstanding service experience will play a key role in our agency's continued growth.

• Process customer policy change requests.
• Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
• Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
• Document each customer contact in eAgent.
• Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Take premium payments from customers.
• Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
• Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
• Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
• Return all phone messages promptly.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support.
• Develop and maintain client relationships.
• Attend training and continuing education courses.
• Handle customer renewals.

• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Must have ability to multi-task.
• Professional phone etiquette.
• Great Customer Service Skills.
• A Property Casualty insurance license is required.
• Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
