We're seeking a detail-oriented
Bookkeeper with a strong Accounts Payable focus to join a growing accounting team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build their accounting career in a hands-on, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities- Process and code high-volume invoices accurately
- Manage invoice approvals and vendor communications
- Perform three-way matching and resolve discrepancies
- Reconcile vendor statements and assist with account reconciliations
- Support weekly payment processing (ACH, checks, electronic payments)
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely payment processing
Qualifications- 1+ year of Accounts Payable or accounting experience
- Experience with ERP/accounting software preferred
- Basic Excel skills required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
