Data Entry Clerk

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented BilingualData Entry Clerk to support daily administrative and data entry operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, accurate typing skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Title: Data Entry Clerk

Location: Hanford, CA

Pay Rate: $18.40 per hour

Requirements: Famous Software knowledge, Bilingual in English and Spanish

• Accurately enter, update, and maintain information in company databases and systems.
• Review documents and records for accuracy and completeness.
• Verify and correct data as needed.
• Organize and maintain electronic and physical records.
• Process paperwork and other administrative documents.
• Assist with filing, scanning, copying, and general office tasks.
• Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.
• Communicate with team members to resolve discrepancies or missing information.
• Meet established productivity and accuracy standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Previous data entry, clerical, administrative, or office experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to type accurately and efficiently.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
