Corporate Controller

Corporate Controller / Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the company's financial strategy and planning initiatives
• Oversee accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting functions
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and capital requirements
• Develop and maintain internal controls and financial policies
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local financial regulations
• Manage audits, tax filings, and external financial relationships
• Partner with executive leadership to support business growth and profitability
• Support acquisitions, strategic initiatives, and business development efforts
• Lead and mentor accounting and finance team members

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
• Minimum 7+ years of progressive financial leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Experience managing audits, banking relationships, and risk management
• Advanced Excel and ERP system experience
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
• Experience with mergers and acquisitions is a plus
• MBA and/or CMA preferred
• CPA not required
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

Preferred Experience

• Experience within automotive, manufacturing, distribution, or similar operational environments
• Experience with Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs) is highly desirable

Compensation & Benefits

• $160,000 - $180,000 annually
