Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Director to join our team at Ridgeview Behavioral Hospital. As a key member of our leadership team, the Human Resources Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. This is a full-time opportunity that offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $70,000 annually.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective human resources strategies to support the organization's mission and goals

• Recruit, interview, and select qualified candidates for all open positions

• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and employee recognition

• Administer benefits programs, including health, dental, and vision insurance

• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, as well as internal policies and procedures

• Develop and maintain personnel policies, procedures, and employee handbooks

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication

• Provide guidance and support to management and employees on human resources-related matters

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in human resources, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration

• Strong knowledge of human resources laws, regulations, and best practices

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
