Position Summary:

TheAccounting Administrative Assistantwillassistin supporting the day-to-day functions of our organization. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone interested in nonprofitadministration.

Responsibilities:

  • Support daily administrative tasks and organizational operations

  • Assistwithmaintainingand organizing files, records, and databases

  • Perform data entry intoQuickBooksand Excel toassistwith generating financial reports and statements.Track and update financial transactions,maintainingorganized andaccuratefinancial records.

  • Bankreconciliation

  • 1099’s creation

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Intermediatebookkeepingskills

  • Effective written and verbal communication

  • Ability to work independently and take initiative

  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office.

  • Must have experience with QuickBooksDesktop version

  • Passion for social impact and nonprofit work

Preferred Skills:

  • Basic data analysis or reporting skills

  • Prior volunteer or internship experience in a nonprofit setting
