About the Role
This role places an electrical engineer directly at an active customer construction site, serving as the on-the-ground electrical presence. You will support daytoday field questions, coordinate with construction teams, and escalate complex design issues to the engineering group. Over time, this position is intended to grow into a full substation engineering role.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide onsite electrical support during construction and buildout activities
- Coordinate with construction teams and respond to daily electrical questions
- Interface with the engineering team for highercomplexity design issues
- Represent the firm professionally at the customer site
- Participate in training and mentorship sessions in Independence, OH
- Support mediumvoltage design and project engineering tasks as needed
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Field and construction exposure: commissioning, construction support, site electrical coordination, or owner’sside project engineering
- Ability to interpret oneline diagrams and switchgear layouts
- Mediumvoltage distribution familiarity
- Strong communication and judgment in field environments

- Experience on substation, utility, industrial, or data center projects
- Projectmanagementleaning engineers with sufficient electrical depth
