Attend local community events in Fairfax to represent our agency and foster genuine relationships.
Collaborate with the underwriting team to ensure accurate application processing and minimal turnaround times.
Virginia Life and Health Insurance License.
Previous experience in insurance sales or high-volume customer consulting.
Strong command of written and spoken English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and industry-standard CRM platforms.
Demonstrated ability to manage a calendar and track follow-ups independently.
Familiarity with the local Fairfax market is a plus.
