Job Description

This Recruiter role focuses on full-cycle talent acquisition across campus programs and a wide range of corporate, technical, and scientific positions. You will lead end-to-end recruitment for co-ops, internships, and rotational programs while also managing requisitions for roles in IT, Finance, Legal, engineering, quality, regulatory, and related functions. This position offers the opportunity to shape workforce growth within a mission-driven healthcare organization, partnering closely with HR and business leaders in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full lifecycle recruiting for a variety of positions, from requisition intake through offer acceptance and onboarding.
  • Lead campus recruiting efforts, including sourcing, screening, and hiring for co-ops, internships, and rotational development programs.
  • Allocate approximately 75% of your time to campus recruitment and management of early-career talent programs.
  • Allocate approximately 25% of your time to full-cycle recruitment for entry-level and select mid-level roles across corporate functions (IT, Finance, Legal), as well as scientific, quality, regulatory, and related positions.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify both active and passive candidates, leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
  • Use advanced Boolean search techniques to identify and engage qualified candidates beyond simple job title searches.
  • Manage high-volume recruiting, balancing multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.
  • Conduct thorough candidate screening, interviewing, and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and role fit.
  • Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition team members, Human Resources Business Partners, and hiring managers across multiple functions to understand hiring needs and define role requirements.
  • Provide guidance to hiring managers on market conditions, candidate availability, and recruiting best practices.
  • Maintain accurate and timely candidate and requisition data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Prepare and deliver recruiting reports, updates, and insights to stakeholders as needed.
  • Support recruiting operations, including scheduling, process improvements, and special projects related to talent acquisition.
  • Ensure consistent, professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, growth-oriented Talent Acquisition environment and support organizational transformation initiatives.

Essential Skills

  • 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Experience recruiting for manufacturing, engineering, technical, operations, industrial, or corporate positions.
  • Experience with high-volume recruiting and passive candidate sourcing.
  • Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Boolean search techniques.
  • Demonstrated experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Proficiency in managing multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interviewing, screening, and candidate assessment skills.
  • Campus recruiting experience, including work with co-op, internship, or rotational programs.
  • Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability and willingness to learn and refine advanced sourcing techniques if not already fully developed.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent recruiting experience.
  • Experience recruiting for lab roles, scientists, and salaried manufacturing positions such as quality and engineering is highly beneficial.
  • Agency recruiting experience, or a blend of corporate and agency recruiting experience.
  • Experience hiring across corporate functions, including IT, Finance, and Legal.
  • Experience supporting quality and regulatory hiring.
  • Comfort working with stakeholders at various organizational levels.
  • Interest in contributing to organizational growth and transformation within a healthcare and pharmaceutical context.
  • Motivation to grow professionally in a Talent Acquisition and HR environment with strong development opportunities.

Work Environment

The position follows a hybrid schedule, with three days on-site and two days working from home each week. You will work as part of a collaborative Talent Acquisition team and partner closely with Human Resources Business Partners and hiring managers across multiple corporate, technical, and scientific functions. The environment is fast-paced and growth-oriented, with many new requisitions driven by organizational expansion. You will use tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and Microsoft Office Suite on a regular basis. Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Exton, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $38.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
