About the Role
We’re looking for aReceptionistwho loves helping people and keeping things organized. You’ll be the first friendly face our customers see, and the go-to person who keeps our office running smoothly.
If you’re outgoing, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a team where everyone pitches in, this could be the perfect fit!
What You’ll Do
Customer Service & Front Desk
- Welcome customers and visitors with a smile (in person and over the phone).
- Answer questions and direct calls or messages to the right people.
- Provide friendly, professional support to our customers and team members.
- Keep the front desk and waiting area neat and inviting.
Office & Administrative Support
- Handle basic office tasks like filing, data entry, and organizing paperwork.
- Assist with billing, invoices, and receipts as needed.
- Jump in wherever you’re needed we’re a small team that works together!
What We’re Looking For
- A friendly, positive personality with great communication skills.
- Previous office or customer service experience preferred (but we’ll train the right person).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using computers (Microsoft Office, email, etc.).
- Reliable, team-oriented, and ready to learn.
