Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a hands-on manufacturing Controller who understands the financial and operational complexities of a manufacturing business. This person should be equally comfortable reviewing financial statements, analyzing inventory and manufacturing costs, improving processes within Business Central, and rolling up their sleeves to resolve day-to-day accounting issues.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Controller who enjoys having direct ownership of the accounting function and partnering closely with leadership in an onsite, operational environment.
