• Engage with Connecticut residents to understand their unique protection needs and offer guidance on the right coverage.
• Proactively reach out to potential clients to help them secure the peace of mind they deserve.
• Process policy updates, billing inquiries, and new applications with care and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with the rest of the team to ensure every person who walks through our doors feels heard and supported.
• Maintain organized records of all client interactions to ensure we are always providing the best possible service.
• Continuously look for ways to help our clients save money while ensuring their homes, cars, and families are fully protected.

• Active Property and Casualty Insurance License in Connecticut.
• Ideal candidates has an active Property and Casualty, Life Insurance License in Connecticut.
• Solid experience in insurance sales or a related client-facing role.
• Strong comfort level with computers and navigating digital agency management software.
• Clear and genuine communication skills, both over the phone and in writing.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to our Niantic office including client visits.
• Knowledge of life insurance products is a definite plus.
