Assistant Controller | Direct Hire | Portland, OR | $110,000 to $135,000 + Bonus Schedule: Onsite during onboarding, then a hybrid schedule with four days onsite and one remote day per week.
Key Responsibilities - Support monthly and year-end close processes.
- Assist with financial reporting, reconciliations, and general ledger activities.
- Partner with operational teams to support project and business performance.
- Oversee selected accounting functions and internal controls.
- Contribute to process improvements and systems-related initiatives.
- Provide guidance and support to accounting staff.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience with financial reporting, close processes, and GAAP.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
Compensation & Benefits - Base salary: $110,000 to $135,000 annually
