What You’ll Do (We Train You)Digital Invoicing & Workflow Support
- Use our custom software to create invoices through QuickBooks Online
- Record payments, deposits, refunds, and credits
- Release invoices once payment terms are met
- Handle overdue payment follow-ups (friendly firm when needed)
Order Processing
- Receive purchase orders and verify details
- Print pick tickets
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure order accuracy
- Contact customers if PO requirements are missing
- Create shipping labels & schedule carrier pickups
- Enter yellow copies into our custom software
Customer Support (Light Volume)
- Answer incoming calls
- Respond to customer support emails
- Prepare quote requests for the sales team
- Provide order updates and payment reminders
- Process RMAs
General Office Support
- Start sales robots & monitor for errors
- Organize workspace and office supplies
- Assist with ISO audits and procedure updates
- Follow up on open tasks
- Monthly consignment reports
- Report broken/missing equipment
- Suggest improvements or new responsibilities
What Helps You Succeed- Comfortable with computers (Windows + Microsoft Office)
- QuickBooks Online experience is a plus but not required
- Positive energy and good communication
