Evenings 4:00pm - 8:00pm and every other weekend requirement
Receptionist - Responsibilities
- Welcoming and assisting visitors, vendors and staff
- Ensuring all visitors, vendors and staff check in upon entering the facility
- Schedule resident visits
- Answer and foward phone calls
- Sorting and distributing mail
- Maintain files and records
- Perform data entry
Qualifications:
- Strong computer skills required- experience with Microsoft Office preferred
- Ability to maintain confidential information
- Courteous and professional attitude
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to stay organized and prioritze tasks
- Weekend and evening availability required
