Products Liability Litigation Associate Attorney

The practice defends manufacturers in complex litigation, with a significant focus on pharmaceuticals, medical devices, mass torts, and multidistrict litigation (MDL). Its work involves coordinated defense strategies, substantial discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation in state and federal courts.

• Defense of pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers in complex product liability matters
  

• National coordination of mass tort and multidistrict proceedings
  

• Litigation involving medical causation, scientific evidence, and expert testimony
  

• Representation of manufacturers in chemical, automotive, and other product-related disputes
  

• A broader practice encompassing consumer class actions and commercial disputes

• 3–6 years of law firm experience in business litigation, product liability, or both
  

• Hands-on experience taking depositions and appearing at court hearings
  

• Excellent legal writing skills and strong academic credentials
  

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing deadlines
  

• Florida Bar admission required
  

Compensation

Annual salary: $190,000–$220,000, depending on experience.
