Customer Service Rep Dispatcher

We are looking for a Customer Service Dispatcher to join our team. You will be responsible for coordinating service requests, scheduling and dispatching technicians or field personnel, and providing excellent customer service. This position serves as a key point of contact between customers, technicians, and management to ensure service calls are handled efficiently, accurately, and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls, emails, and service requests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Gather accurate information regarding customer needs, service issues, locations, and scheduling requirements.
• Schedule and dispatch technicians or field personnel based on priority, availability, location, and skill set.
• Monitor technician schedules and update customers regarding arrival times and service status.
• Communicate effectively with technicians throughout the day regarding job details, changes, delays, and special instructions.
• Enter and maintain accurate customer, service, and scheduling information in company systems.
• Maintain accurate records of work orders, appointments, cancellations, and service updates.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, dispatch, scheduling, call center, or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and Microsoft Outlook
• Strong Math Skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated and strong organizational skills
• Professional personal presentation
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
