Human Resources Manager
Position Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Bilingual Human Resources Manager to lead and support a broad range of HR initiatives while serving as a trusted partner to leadership and employees. This position will play an important role in strengthening HR processes, supporting organizational priorities, and fostering a positive employee experience.
The ideal candidate will be a hands-on HR professional who can balance strategic initiatives with day-to-day HR responsibilities. This individual will partner closely with leaders across the organization on employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, workforce planning, compliance, employee engagement, and employee development.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted HR partner to leaders and employees, providing guidance, coaching, and support on a variety of workplace matters.
- Manage employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, performance concerns, corrective action, and employee separations.
- Advise leadership on HR policies, employment practices, and appropriate procedures.
- Lead and support recruiting initiatives, including workforce planning, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring leaders to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Support performance management programs, including goal setting, performance reviews, coaching, and development planning.
- Partner with leadership on succession planning, retention, career development, and organizational growth.
- Communicate HR programs, policies, and initiatives to employees throughout the organization.
- Serve as a resource to employees regarding compensation, benefits, company programs, and other HR-related questions.
- Partner with leaders on organizational structure, role responsibilities, job descriptions, and workforce planning.
- Ensure HR practices are applied consistently and remain compliant with applicable federal and state employment regulations.
- Coordinate with internal and external partners regarding workers' compensation, unemployment matters, leave administration, onboarding, offboarding, and other employment-related processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, systems, and the overall employee experience.
- Assess training and development needs and coordinate programs to support employee and leadership growth.
- Partner with leadership to promote a positive, collaborative, and inclusive workplace culture.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HRIS information is current.
- Analyze HR trends and workforce data to identify opportunities and provide recommendations to leadership.
- Handle sensitive and confidential employee information with discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
- Strong experience with employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, benefits, compensation, and HR compliance.
- Bilingual English/Spanish required.
- Experience partnering with leaders at multiple levels of an organization.
- Experience supporting a diverse employee population preferred.
- HRIS experience required; familiarity with UKG or a similar HR platform is a plus.
- HR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent judgment and ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.

- Salary: $130,000–$140,000
