Position: Inventory Control Specialist
Pay: $20.00/hr+ DOE
Shift: Mon-Fri 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM & Overtime 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Sat 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Responsibilities
- Ship, receive, inspect, and maintain accurate inventory of client assets
- Coordinate with project teams for builds, shipments, and returns
- Inspect inbound shipments for defects and document issues
- Follow procedures for safe packing and outbound shipping
- Use Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Office tools for record-keeping
- Operate electric and hand tools safely; climb ladders up to 16 feet
- Maintain organized work areas and participate in process improvements
Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree or 2-5 years relevant warehouse/inventory experience
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills under deadlines
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs solo and 80 lbs with team support
- Reliable, hardworking, and team-focused
- Willing to work overtime as needed
