Location: Houston, TX

Employment: Contract - Long Term

Hours: M - F 8 - 5 Onsite

Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 / Hr DOE

Description:

We're looking for a Recruiter to help us find and hire great people. You'll manage the full recruiting cycle, from partnering with hiring managers. This role suits someone who enjoys building relationships, moves quickly without cutting corners, and takes pride in making hires that stick.

Responsibilites:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, build job descriptions, and define interview plans
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and creative outreach
• Screen applicants by phone or video and assess skills, experience, and culture add
• Manage candidates through the pipeline, keeping communication timely and clear at every stage
• Coordinate interviews and gather structured feedback from interview panels
• Extend offers, negotiate compensation, and close candidates
• Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Track and report on recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and pipeline health
• Promote our employer brand at career fairs, on social media, and in candidate conversations
• Help ensure our hiring practices are fair, consistent, and compliant with employment laws

Requirements:

• 2-5+ years of recruiting experience (agency or in-house)
• Proven track record of filling roles in high volume needs (ie. hospitality, retail, manufacturing, security, etc)
• Strong sourcing skills, including boolean search and passive candidate outreach
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Comfort managing multiple open requisitions at once
• Experience with an ATS (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday)
